A cultured, elegant, delicate, multifaceted and very prolific artist: although he started with figurative elements, the constant characteristics in his work are geometry, abstraction, which leads him to use realistic but not scientifically accurate elements, movement and arranging the elements in a way that recalls a musical rhythm, a detail that harks back to his training as a musician. The sculptures for which he is best known are made up of geometric elements made with metals (brass, iron and gold) worked into thin filaments, giving life to ethereal, weightless and almost fragile compositions. Several of his sculptures appear outside museums or renowned buildings, including the MART - Museum of Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto, the GAM - Gallery of Modern Art in Turin and the Pirelli HangarBicocca Foundation in Milan.
